PLOT OUTLINE: WATERMAN is livid. LXRA has so far failed to acknowledge or respond to his concerns about safety risks to local kids at Morton Park. Worksite operations update – Lean. Green. Seen it. Believed it!

PLOT SUMMARY: When it comes to safety risks and local kids, WATERMAN won’t be holding back on this topic.

He’s speechless. It’s going to be escalated ‘up the chain’ and addressed. WATERMAN doesn’t suffer fools.

In the meantime, there’s more work to do documenting Blackburn’s Level Crossing Removal Project.  Last night saw the appearance of ‘The Lean Green Fighting Machine – The Incredible Hulk of Bulk’.

And boy…did it put on a show.

PLOT OUTLINE: ‘Unwanted worksite presence’ – like hell! WATERMAN cuts loose with a bitter verbal response. His sudden lack of professionalism doesn’t reflect well on his sucessful meeting earlier that day with a mysterious executive in the Private Equity Fund market.

PLOT SUMMARY: “Victoria is a great place to do business.  Melbourne is a great place to do business”.

Although pressure has been rising throughout the tour, so far WATERMAN has given little away and maintained his composure.  Until now. 

Has LEWIS got under his skin? What does he mean?: ‘WATERMAN’s presence on the worksite is unwelcome’ Has BELLAMY got under his skin? What is she on about? ‘Wants WATERMAN to discuss his “personal issues” with her?’.

PLOT SUMMARY: Blackburn’s Level Crossing Removal Project continues. Rail services are still shutdown. WATERMAN’s been busy scoping out progress of works along the Blackburn rail corridor immediately behind Maddocks Sports.

During an encounter with a local footy club parent, WATERMAN learns that sometime ago, a little boy from a local family wandered alone onto the train tracks near Cottage St.

GM calls. It’s not like the CEO of STM Asia Pacific Construction to be cagey.

The whole situation? It’s a dog’s breakfast.

PLOT SUMMARY: In light of an Exec level meeting between WATERMAN, GM and HANDLEY late into the previous night, little adds up. Nothing is making sense. With the review of the issues WATERMAN has raised to date, there was agreement on his handling of them.  But now…?

Rattled, WATERMAN finds himself back at Morton Park where the local club is thumping the visiting team. But as kids kick and chase footy’s behind the goals…if one ball bounces the wrong way…
